Chapter 213 Stating Charlene Is His
Wife
Charlotte responded softly, “Okay.”
They packed up their things and left the studio.
Across the street, a silver Maybach was parked. Grace, seated in the driver’s seat, glanced at the rearview mirror and hesitated. “M: Harrison, do you want to go inside?”
Arthur had documents resting on his lap, with a few more piled on the seat beside him. Closing the file in his hands, he looked up and spotted Charlotte and Tina stepping out of the studio.
His deep–set brows framed stormy eyes. His handsome face remained as composed as ever as he opened the car door and stepped out.
He had been attending a meeting nearby and passed by Sophia’s studio on the way back.
Grace had mentioned earlier that Sophia and Charlene were working together on a promotional shoot.
He had immediately instructed Grace to stop the car but hadn’t gotten out, opting to deal with his work instead.
Now, as he walked into the studio, the receptionist was taken aback. “Mr. Harrison, are you… here to see Sophia? She’s in the lounge.”
Chapter 213 Stating Charlene Is His Wife Arthur gave a brief nod and headed straight inside.

The receptionist quickly informed Sophia, and soon the lounge door opened. Sophia greeted him with a bright smile.
“Arthur, what brings you here?”
Arthur walked in and sat down on the couch, asking casually, “Haven’t seen you in a while. Thought I’d stop by.”
Sophia’s smile widened as she sat diagonally across from him. “I’ve wrapped up my work abroad. From now on, my career will focus nere. We can meet more often.”
Arthur suddenly asked, “How long have you been back?”
“A month,” Sophia replied.
“Have you visited your brother yet?” Arthur asked again.
Sophia’s expression stiffened slightly, turning awkward. “I… I’ve been busy lately. I’ll visit him in the next couple of days.”
“Mm. Go see him. It might help him wake up sooner,” Arthur said calmly.
His expression remained neutral as he shifted the topic. “You’ve been working with Charlene?”
Sophia’s eyes flickered briefly before she nodded. “Yes. Arthur, are you interested in her?”
“Mm. She’s my wife,” Arthur stated plainly.
Chapter 213 Stating Charlene Is His Wife Arthur looked at her steadily. “Five years ago, she helped you make your name. Five years later, she’ll help you reach new heights. Work well together.”
Sophia clenched her hands tightly, her nails digging into her palms. She nodded. “Yes, I know. We’ve been working well together. The shoot ran long, so I sent her home earlier.”
She forced a smile. “I honestly didn’t know Charlene was your
wife.”

Arthur felt a chill in his heart. He had only learned about this recenuy, and thinking about how she’d hidden it from him left him displeased.
Sophia quickly changed the subject. “Arthur, how about dinner tonight? Let’s invite Sarah, Barrett, Gideon, and Jayce. It’s been a while since we’ve all gotten together.”
“Mm.”
Arthur nodded briefly before standing up. “You rest. I’ve got other things to take care of.”
Sophia walked him to the door. As she watched him leave, her eyes were filled with deep admiration.
But when she thought about how he had come specifically to tell her that Charlene was his wife, jealousy surged in her heart.
How could a woman who resorted to underhanded tactics to marry Arthur win his favor?
