Chapter 136 Julius Tries to Impress
The last rays of the setting sun faded away, leaving the bedroom in dusky twilight. The light from the bathroom illuminated his back, but his handsome and sharp face was unreadable.
No wonder she agreed so readily; it was because she had her period and assumed he wouldn’t make a move on her.
Arthur let out a cryptic chuckle. After losing her memory, she had undoubtedly become more cunning.
Just then, his phone on the bedside table rang. He walked over and answered, “Speak.”
“Mr. Harrison.” Grace’s voice was respectful. “Mrs. Harrison has sent the final photos. Would you like to see them?”
“Yes.”
Arthur responded coldly and hung up.
A moment later, an email arrived. He opened it, glanced through the photos, and raised an eyebrow in surprise.
She did have a talent for photography. Even with Sarah’s lack of cooperation, she managed to capture Sarah’s unique characteristics, which, combined with the clothes, created a striking effect.
He couldn’t find any fault with them.

Grace was stunned.
She had expected him to reject them, leaving Charlotte in trouble. She hadn’t anticipated that he would approve them!
Was he really just checking the final product?
Grace had seen the photos herself and was amazed by Charlotte’s photography skills. Once the promotional images were released, they were bound to cause a sensation.

For dinner, Charlotte made bagels, mainly because she didn’t want to bother cooking a proper meal.
Mabel pulled up a small stool and stood beside her, mimicking her movements as she shaped a bagel. Her chubby little hands kneaded the dough, and in no time, a bizarrely shaped bagel emerged.
Charlotte laughed. “Well, you’ll have to eat that one yourself.”
Mabel blinked. “Ms. Lottie, I made this bagel myself. It represents my heart. You must accept it!”
“Oh, is that so? Then I’ll take it. Make some more!” Charlotte accepted the misshapen bagel.
Just then, a sullen voice sounded from nearby.
Charlotte turned and saw Julius, also perched on a chair. His small face, stern yet childish, held a hint of awkwardness as he said, “Mommy, I want to make some too.”
Chapter 136 Julius Tries to Impress Surprise flickered across Charlotte’s face. “Why?”
“So I can give them to you,” Julius replied.

He looked up at her, his eyes filled with sincerity, not the usual coldness and impatience.
But Charlotte felt strangely calm. “You’re still not feeling well. Go and rest. I’ll be done soon.”
Julius grew anxious. “Why can she make them with you, but I
can’t?”
“If he wants to make them, let him.” Arthur’s voice chimed in.
Charlotte was really getting annoyed.
She muttered under her breath. “What on earth do they want? Can’t they even let me make a bagel in peace?”
“Fine, you do it then,” Charlotte said flatly, tossing a piece of bagel dough in front of him.
Julius immediately got to work, first observing Charlotte’s technique for a moment, then mimicking her actions.
Charlotte didn’t hold out much hope.
Mabel, also around four or five years old, had been trying hard to learn, but her bagels still came out looking like abstract art. She expected Julius to be about the same.
“Mommy, look!” Julius‘ excited voice piped up less than a minute

She turned her head and saw a perfectly formed bagel nestled in
