Ryland quickly stepped out of bed as he heard a loud banging sond at his door. He immediately unlocked the door, and he was shocked to see that it was Amamada standing there looking him angrily. Ryland calmed himself down; it was as if he knew that whatever Amanda was about to say would most likely lead to an argument. To Ryland’s surprise, she flung a tablid at him, and Ryland caught it on time.
On the very cover of the tabloid was a picture of Ryland holding hands with a win who had her face covered, and apparently the media was suggesting that Ryland and Sophie had gotten back together behind Amanda’s back.
One look at the picture, and Ryland could tell that this picture had been taken a long time ago, before both he and Sophie had broken up. He threw the tabloid onto the floor before looking at an angry Amanda. She was clearly upset with him as she crossed her hands over her chest and breathed heavily. There was no doubt in Ryland’s mind what Amanda was thinking, because anyone in her shoes would have thought the exact same thing.
“Why have you brought this tabloid to me? I thought we ironed everything out yesterday.” He asked her, and not once did Ryland hide that he was annoyed by Amanda’s reaction to the tabloid.
