Rewards

Our rewards system is designed to recognize and encourage exceptional contributions. Below are the different types of awards and how they are calculated based on performance, engagement, and impact.

1st Place Award – $5000

This award is granted to the top-performing author each month based on overall content quality, user engagement, and contribution consistency. This author consistently demonstrates expertise, originality, and a deep understanding of our audience’s needs.

Calculation: The award is based on a combination of the number of articles published, the total engagement (likes, comments, shares), and overall reader satisfaction score.

2nd Place Award – $3500

The second place award is given to the author with a strong performance across all content metrics, who shows significant engagement with their work but falls just short of the top spot. This author is recognized for both consistency and impactful contributions.

Calculation: This award considers the average engagement per article, reader feedback scores, and the consistency of high-quality contributions.

3rd Place Award – $2000

The third place award is designed to celebrate up-and-coming talent or authors who demonstrate exceptional growth. This award is typically given to an author who has shown consistent improvement and engagement.

Calculation: Based on improvement metrics, such as engagement growth rate and the consistency of positive reader feedback over time.

Best New Author – $1000

This award is reserved for a newcomer who has joined within the past three months and has demonstrated outstanding potential. They consistently publish high-quality work and have a rapidly growing reader base.

Calculation: The number of published articles, average engagement score per article, and growth in reader interest are key factors for this award.

Most Engaging Content – $750

This award goes to the author who published the single most engaging article of the month. The article must have received the highest combined likes, shares, and comments.

Calculation: This award is determined by comparing the engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments) of individual articles across all authors.
