Chapter 133
Sheryl was taken aback for a moment. “You’ve got to be kidding, right?”
“Why? Don’t you think you can handle it?” Cassie looked at Sheryl. Sheryl shook her head, then quickly nodded. “Everyone at Celestial Realm Studios is amazing, the art for After School is really well done!”
“Not as good as you,” Cassie patted Sheryl on the shoulder, “I’ll leave you be, get some rest. I’m heading home.” Sheryl tried
to persuade her. “Wait a moment, my grandma has gone grocery shopping, why don’t you stay for dinner?”
She still couldn’t believe it. Although she was
prepared to take part–time job of painting to support herself and her grandma,
she never expected she could have such a huge opportunity!
Cassie gently declined Sheryl’s offer and left.
After getting in her car, Cassie thought again about what Heston had told her before. ‘The more kindness you give, the more good things you’ll receive.
Sheryl was the first one whom I show my kindness to since I came back. And now I can really reap the rewards. I never expected Sheryl was so talented in drawing!‘
Cassie’s phone rang just as she was about to start the car. It was a video call from Marcus. Cassie answered with a bright smile.
It was evening where Marcus was. He looked quite tired. “All done?” asked Cassie.
“Yeah,” Marcus nodded and said, “Were you out?”
“Yes!” Cassie nodded happily and said, “I’ve found an incredibly talented artist right here! The art style perfectly fits the game I’m working on!”
“Weren’t you just worried about this? It’s a perfect solution,” said Marcus with a smile.
“So you can imagine how happy I am!” Cassie took a deep breath, “Ho
everything going on?”
The smile on Marcus’s face faded a bit. “It’s not going well, but I’ll sort it out within the agreed time and come back to see you.”
“You don’t have to force it,” said Cassie gently, “Just come back when you’re done, I’ll be busy for a while too.”
Marcus looked at Cassie, lost in thought. At that moment, it seemed like someone had walked up to him. The he said, “I’ve got some things to take care of, I’ll call you later.“Got it, go ahead and get busy.” said Cassie.
The video call ended.
Cassie bit her lip and thought, “The person who just walked up to Marcus– doctor?‘

Heston’s call came through as she was wondering. “Cassie, Louisa said that you go out for Marcus, really?“asked Heston. “Yeah, Are you at home?” asked Cassie. “Nope, I called to find you, Auntie Louisa said you were out.” Grandpa replied.
Cassie raised an eyebrow slightly. Why was he calling to find her? She smirked, “Grandpa, are you checking up on me?” Heston panicked on the other end of the line. “Nonsense!” said he.
“I found a job for Sheryl and came to talk with her about it,” Cassie didn’t press the issue too much with Heston, “Guess what, Grandpa, Sheryl is a master at drawing.”
Clearly, Heston breathed a sigh of relief on the other end. “That girl seems like a good kid, good academic performance, and

Ever since that morning when the thought that Cassie might be having a premature romance occurred to him, he had been feeling uneasy.
“I’m already leave her house, planning to head home now,” Cassie paused, “Is the company busy? If not, I’ll come pick you up after work?”
“Sure, come on over!” said The call ended and Cassie drove straight to the Murphy Group.
Ever since the last time when Cassie came and the receptionist and security didn’t recognize her, the members had been trained again. So, this time as soon as Cassie got out of the car, the security guard quickly appeared. “Ms. Murphy is here, welcome!”
Cassie was startled, “You don’t have to do this.”
The security guard, as if he hadn’t heard, followed closely and even pressed the elevator for Cassie. Cassie was helpless but she couldn’t refuse.
Fortunately, she came in directly from the garage and didn’t have to go through the reception area. The elevator quickly reached the top floor.
Cassie strode out, and Larry was already waiting for her. “Ms. Murphy, this way, please.”
“Larry, why are you acting like this too?” asked Cassie helplessly. “You are going to be in charge of the company in the future so I should show you respect in front of my staff,” replied Larry
“Fine,” Cassie reluctantly agreed again.
Upon arriving at the CEO’s office, Heston stood up with a smile. “Cassie, you’re here so quickly.” “Sheryl’s home is nearby,” replied Cassie.
Many office have done their daily work online now. But Heston couldn’t handle it, so he still used the traditional method of reviewing documents. Now, there were still two stacks of documents on his desk.
“Why there are so many documents?” asked Cassie. ” Mr. Murphy heard you were coming and brought over the unfinished ones for you to take a look,“replied Larry. Heston glared at Larry angrily.“You always talks too much.”
“Grandpa, seriously?” Cassie’s was full of helplessness, “I’m not old enough now and you’re already planning to let me look at these?” “I’m not asking you to decide, it’s fine for you to learn first,” said Grandpa with a smile.
Cassie picked up a document and most of them on the table were new collaborations within the old industries of the Murphy Group.
Cassie quickly looked through two of them and found several partners with potential problems.
“Grandpa, it seems that reputation risk does not included in our contract clause,” Cassie looked at Heston and said.
“Reputation risk?” Heston was puzzled.
“Now that we’re in the full swing of the internet age, any company with a notorious history can have it spread far and wide, and it can affect the businesses they’re partnered with significantly.”

Cassic explained, “That’s why I suggest we include a reputation risk clause in our contracts. If the other party is involved in a scandal that affects our cooperation or the reputation of the Murphy Group, the Murphy Group should have the right to terminate the cooperation at any time and retain the right to claim damages from them.”
After hearing this, Heston clearly became serious: “Cassie, what you’ve said is something I’ve never thought of before. But– a cooperative relationship should be about sharing not only the wins but also the risks. If we add such a clause, isn’t it a bit unfair?”
Sheryl was taken aback for a moment. “You’ve got to be kidding, right?”
