I knew after it happened, walking wouldn’t be likely but I was willing to sacrifice. I was really willing to sacrifice anything, I know I sounded like a horny teenager, which may be half of it, but I’d never been intimate like that with someone. I had held off my whole life just for the right person, for my mate. And Dez was my mate, he was the right person and now that I was sure he cared about me, and that this was real, I was tired of waiting.
Dez was the person I was supposed to spend the rest of my life with, the person who was supposed to father my children and love me unconditionally. I wanted a normal relationship no matter how weird our relationship was. Dez was basically a cold–hearted killer for crying out loud. I knew some parts of our relationship, if not all of it were going to be anything but normal. But that didn’t mean that parts that could be normal shouldn’t be.
I sighed to myself turning the water on the sink off and drying my hands off. I loved Dez more than anything but he was so careful all the time. I knew I was probably the only person he’s cared about in his life, and he more than likely didn’t know how actual relationships worked but I trusted him and he
should trust himself.
I understood how powerful he was, his strength was amazing. He was one of the most, if not the most powerful alphas in the world. The amount of strength he possessed was probably incredible. Alphas were naturally dominant and aggressive, and extremely rough in that area, I expected roughness from him and I expected a lot of it since he was so strong.
I also reminded myself how freakin huge Dez was. I mean the man was 6,7 and one of the most bulky and muscular people I had ever seen. He was so broad and firm, that also ties into it. Along with my small
5 foot even figure, I was so tiny and he was so large so there was also that to take into account.
Bottom line I was completely and massively screwed.
Literally.
I sighed deciding to turn my thoughts to something else, thankfully Dez walked in the room catching my
attention.
He raised an eyebrow questionably at me, he was in baggy sweatpants, and a black long sleeve shirt slid up to his elbows. The black complimented his tanned skin and made his tattoos show up on his arms. He looked so attractive I could just cry.
“Do you want me to go?” I asked in response to his look I took as a ‘are you going?‘, he shrugged, I raised
an eyebrow before he nodded.
“Then yes I’ll go”

“Get your things” I frowned.
“Where is it?”
“A pack over, we’re just staying the night” he promised, I went to my room and gathered up some clothes and put on some jeans and a jacket. He waited in the truck I climbed in sitting my stuff in the back, he looked irritated at the wait but didn’t say anything. I was ready for this ride because I was going to ask questions and Dez couldn’t run away from them. He was stuck with me, meaning he had to answer them
all.
I took my red converses off and crossed my legs getting comfortable. He glanced over at me and I gave
him a big smile.
“Why are you so happy?” he questioned lowly.
“You can’t run away from me” I stated, he made a face but didn’t reply.
“Am I still being punished?” I asked curiously.
“Yes.”
“How long am I grounded?” I asked sarcastically.
“Until I feel you’ve learned your lesson”
“How long is that?” he didn’t reply.
“Dez” I said trying to get his attention, he glanced over at me.
“You talk too much.” Was his response, I rolled my eyes.
“Well you’re sure as hell not going to talk so someone has to do it” I grumbled under my breath. It was quiet for a little while and we fell into a comfortable silence.
“Are you going to answer me?” I asked him after a while.
“No” he replied, I let out a long, loud sigh.
“Can we talk about what happened yesterday morning?” I asked him, he didn’t reply but his lips twitched.
“Nothing happened Dez, you didn’t lose control”
“You’re right I didn’t, but I didn’t have to I still hurt you even in control” he said his voice had taken a different tone, a harder one.
“You didn’t hurt me” I said in confusion.

“You weren’t going to tell me about the bruises” I stared at him in shock. How had he known? There was no way he got into my head so how did he find out? My face scrunched up on confusion.
“W–what bruises” he rolled his eyes.
“I have eyes Kendal, I know exactly where I touched you and I know how big my hands are and I especially know how big they are when they’re imprinted in your fucking skin in blue and black” his voice got louder with each word and I cringed away from it.
