“Silas, just give me away, you only make things hard for yourself Cielle said, as she nestled against S**s chest. She looked very weak and small.
The lycan was afraid if he put a little bit pressure, he would hurt her, thus he treated her very carefully. His touch was very light as feather, since he didn’t want to add more injuries on her
“Over my dead body.” ***voice was deadly when he said that which made Cielle frowned. She was too weak and tired to speak, but she needed Silas to see a bigger picture.
“I am going to die anyway, there is no need for you to get yourself and a lot of people in this pack into a trouble because of
me.”
Silas growled his disagreement with the way Cielle talked about herself. “You are not going to die. Don’t talk nonsense. I am not going to let you die.”
“No shifter will be able to live for long without their wolf spirit, Silas, you know that.” Cielle seemed to accept her fate already. “I don’t want you to get into a trouble,” She shook her head weakly. “I don’t want that, Silas.”
“There is no trouble that I will not go through for you. Cielle. I will be doomed, if I sent you away. I have let you go in the past. 1 am not going to do that again. That ba**rd had used his chance. This time, I will hold you tight.”
Silas meant every word he said, but Cielle didn’t want that for him.
Sleep, Cielle, there is nothing for you to be worried about. I will be here for you.” Silas kissed her forehead. “Sleep. I will take care of you. You only need to rest.”
Cielle had used all of her energy to talk to Silas and now, she couldn’t even keep herself awake, as she rested her head against his chest and fell asleep.
She knew that the right thing for her to do was to return to Kenan, but the selfish part of her wanted to stay here with Silas. He was a comfort, a place where she could put all of her worries aside, but at the same time, she was her biggest worry right now, because he was going to suffer for her.
Once Cielle had fallen asleep, he put her down and walked out of the room to face alpha Adrian and Luna Maia. They demanded detail explanation about what was going on with their daughter.
“But, alpha Kenan said he only put her in the basement! He didn’t do anything to her!” alpha Adrian looked livid.
He had thought that it was out of character for his daughter to cheat on her mate. He raised her better than to do such shameless act, but the proof was there and no matter what, he couldn’t deny it.
More so, it would be crazy for Kenan to accuse Cielle for something like that when it was not the truth.
“So, do you believe that I was the one, who abused her and caused her to lose her wolf spirit?” Silas challenged the alpha.
No matter how much alpha Adrian dislike him, but there was no way he would believe that Silas would be capable of doing that to Cielle. They both knew how much Silas loved Cielle.
Alpha Adrian actually the first person, who rubbed it on his face that he was glad his daughter found her destined mate and warned him not to get close to her and ruin their relationship.
Silas agreed and with more pressure from Kenan and how miserable Cielle was when she was put into the position to choose, Silas made the decision for her.
He wished nothing, but happiness for her, but now when he saw what that rubbish of man had done to Cielle, there was no way he was going to listen to these im**iles anymore.

“Go back to Kenan’s park angl ask him directly. See, what kind of rubbish that he was going to spurt from his st**id mouth.”
**’s word was not kind at all, because he was not trying to be kind. He was sick and enraged because as parent, they cared more about their image instead of their daughter.
“You can leave now.” Silas didn’t have time to talk to them if they were not going to listen, thus he turned around and then
left.
“SILAS!” Alpha Adrian called him, but Silas didn’t even spare them another second.
The lycan wanted to see his woman. He wanted to stay by her side. He missed her even when he just met her, even when he spent the last few weeks by her side, but it was not enough.
He wanted her in every way possible.
“I am going to take her with me. Silas finally decided. He couldn’t leave Cielle alone here, he didn’t want to leave her here. but more importantly, he didn’t want her out of his sight.
Called him crazy and obsessive, but Cielle would always be within his reach.
“Are you sure? Do you think she will handle a long journey?” Archie asked, he was rather worried with Silas. Because he had been acting crazy.
“Prepare all the necessary thing that could make the journey more bearable for her,” Silas said.
However, before he left, he got a call from Kenan himself, wanting to settle this without the Supreme Alpha and the court of shifter intervention.
Silas scoffed. “He was the one, who reported me to the court and now he wanted to see me?” His eyes filled with malice.
“Will you meet him?” Archie looked worried whenever the lycan was having that kind of smile on his lips.
“Of course, I have been wanting to see him.”
“Silas, don’t do something reckless. You will only complicate the situation if you let your anger controlled you.” He tried to stop him.
