Chapter 3
“You made a mistake, and now you’re paying the price.
You were just a dishwasher for three years. What’s there to be wronged about? Madeline and I, two injured people, found solace in each other. What’s wrong with that?”
I couldn’t help but sneer, “Found solace in each other? Does that include living together under the guise of marriage, colluding with everyone to deceive and bully me?”
Kingsley’s expression darkened. “You’re speaking too harshly. What do you mean by “living together illegally‘? The daughters like Madeline and want her to be their mom. I’m just fulfilling their wishes.”
He didn’t even admit to rekindling his old relationship, casually shifting the blame to the daughters.
His skin was truly thick!
Lucy Rowen clenched her fists, glaring at me with hatred.
“We don’t want you, a murderer, as our mother! We hate you!”
Lucy laughed cruelly.

“You really don’t know what’s good for you! Dad and Mom Madeline are just too kind. They felt sorry for you, with nowhere else to go, and kindly gave you a new identity.”
“Kind?”
It’s true that like father, like daughter–she could twist black into white.
Without Kingsley Rowen and Madeline’s approval, would the butler and servants dare to bully me s openly?
Madeline Johanson, seeing that I wasn’t holding anything, boldly walked over to Kingsley Rowen, gazing at me with tear–filled eyes.
“I knew you’d regain your memory one day. Now, I’ve returned Kingsley Rowen and the girls to you Is that enough?”
Looking at the four of them tightly embracing each other with reluctance, I could only feel amused.
Lucy Rowen wiped her tears and said, “Mom Madeline, my sister and I can’t live without you or Dat
He Regretted It After Realizing My Fortune
We don’t want that bad woman with the surname Grayson as our mother, we only want you!”
Celeste Rowen clung tightly to Madeline’s hand, as if afraid she would disappear the moment she let
- go.
Kingsley Rowen lovingly looked at Madeline.
“I told you, wherever you are, that’s where home is. If we can’t stay here, we’ll leave together!”
Their heartfelt performance made me feel disgusted, nearly making me want to throw up.
“Lucy Rowen, Celeste Rowen, since you both like Madeline so much, why don’t you stay with her from now on? I wish you four a happy, harmonious life together. But before that, I need to settle the scores with your parents!”
Kingsley Rowen barked angrily, “What’s there to settle? You were a dishwasher for three years
making up for the crime of intentional murder!
If not for my tireless effort, your Grayson family company would have gone bankrupt long ago.
Now all the money is tied up in projects, and there’s basically no liquidity. There’s nothing left to divide.”
just
Intentional murder? Is that the conclusion of the police? If not, then you took advantage of my memory loss to fabricate a false identity for me, making me work like a servant for three years.
. I can sue you for fraud and abuse! As for the company’s money, I will hire the best accounting firm
to audit it.
If I find out you’ve misused a single cent, I’ll make sure you spend the rest of your life in prison!”
Kingsley Rowen narrowed his eyes. “Do you really want to make it this clear?”
A chill ran down my spine, and an ominous premonition rose in my chest.
“Do you remember all the documents your fake father had you sign?”
I remembered.
Not long after I woke up from the car accident, someone had taken me to see him.
He said that our family’s house was going to be demolished, and there were many urgent documents that needed to be signed.
Since he couldn’t move his hands, and my mother was mentally disabled, I had to sign on his behalf.
At the time. I just casually flipped through the first few pages and didn’t read them carefully before. signing everything.
I never expected that Kingsley Rowen was so cunning.
He had been preparing for the day when I regained my memory, always on guard.
“You’ve already voluntarily given your Grayson family’s company to me! Now the company’s annual
profit is less than one hundred thousand. Are you sure you want to divide it in half?”
He looked at me with malicious intent, a mocking smile at the corner of his mouth.
“Bastard…”
I gritted my teeth, so angry I felt like tearing him apart.
That used to be a company that made millions a year!
How could Kingsley Rowen ever be a boss?
Three years may seem like a long time, or not so long. But since he dared to say that, the company was most likely nearing its end.
