Chapter 2
I had raised these two girls myself. Three years ago, they were already five years old.
They couldn’t possibly have forgotten me, but over these three years, they had looked at me as if I were a pathetic lapdog.
Could they have lost their memories to
I trembled as I asked, “Do you know who I am?”
What nonsense are you talking about? Of course, we know who you are. You’re our Rowen family’s
dishwasher!”
“How dare you raise your hand against my sister? I’ll make sure to beat you to death!”
I gritted my teeth and asked again, unable to give up: “You really don’t know who I am?”
Children can’t lie well.
The way they shifted their gaze, their guilty expressions, told me everything.
In that moment, my heart turned to ashes.
They had known all along, yet they still chose to bully me along with everyone else.
Lucy Rowen burst into loud sobs.
The smiles of Kingsley Rowen and Madeline Johanson, who had entered together, immediately froze.
“Dad, Mom, this wicked woman hit me. Look, she even bruised my wrist!” Lucy cried, throw…g herself into Kingsley’s arms, while Celeste ran over to complain as well.
Madeline Johanson patted their heads, and when she turned to look at me, her tone turned sharp: “What’s going on? With so many people watching, you still dare to bully them? You have a lot of
nerve!”
Anyone who didn’t know better would think she was the real mother of my daughters.
It was so obvious–she was trying to kill me with kindness!
Three years were enough to ruin a good child.

Lucy Rowen sobbed. “Dad, that wicked woman bullied me. I want her to kneel and apologize!”
Celeste echoed her words.
In the days before my memory returned, I had put up with whatever they did to me, all because I needed this high paying job to pay for my “father’s” medical treatment, even if the two children
bullied me.
inted my teeth and endured it, afraid of losing the job.
Kneeling and apologizing had become an everyday occurrence by then.
Kingsley Rowen, irritated by his daughters‘ crying, urged me, “What are you waiting for? Kneel!”
I grabbed the potted plants neatly trimmed in the corner of the room and threw them one by one. directly at them.
The four of them couldn’t dodge in time and were hit, crying out in pain.
Madeline Johanson didn’t care about her image.
Covering her head with her hands, she crawled under the dining table, crying out in panic, “Hubby, this woman’s gone mad! Hurry, call the police!”
Kingsley Rowen, while shielding his two daughters, glanced at me warily, hesitating before stammering, “No… we can’t call the police!”
Of course, they couldn’t.
If they called the police, their relationship would be exposed.
Madeline seemed to realize this as well.
She gritted her teeth and held herself tighter.
Lucy Rowen cried out in frustration, “Fine, I won’t make you kneel and apologize, but can you stop going crazy?”
Celeste Rowen coldly added, “Everything in our house is expensive. If you break it, you’ll have to pay for it. If you can’t, you’ll end up in jail!”
“Is that so?”
Ismiled faintly and casually picked up a beautifully crafted vase from the living room, throwing it

violently to the ground.
As I turned to walk upstairs, Madeline screamed, “Hubby, stop her! Upstairs are my limited–edition/ bags, jewelry, and your antique collection. If she breaks them…”
Kingsley finally snapped out of his daze and, with the butler and servants‘ help, rushed toward me.
In his panic to dodge the objects I threw at him, cold sweat poured down his face.
“Stop! Let’s talk this through! I’ll give you a raise–double, triple, five times more! How about that?”
Standing at the top of the stairs, I looked down at him, sneering coldly, “Isn’t everything in this villa mine? I can break whatever I want, what does it have to do with you?”
Kingsley’s face turned pale in an instant, and he stuttered, “You… you how could you…”
“That’s right! Heaven has eyes, and I’ve finally regained my memory! If not, I would’ve been deceived by you for a lifetime!”
“Kingsley Rowen, do you think you’ve had it easy these past three years? Living with your ‘white moonlight,‘ taking over our Grayson family’s company, teaching the daughters to deny me, bullying
me…”
Kingsley interrupted me, “You poisonous woman, you’re talking nonsense!
It was you who caused Madeline’s fall off the cliff! If she hadn’t been lucky, she would’ve been dead
by now.
It was you who were overjoyed, and when you drove back, you crashed the car–who can you
blame?
Madeline broke her womb and can no longer be a mother. T
he girls don’t want you as their mother.
They like Madeline better!”
