Beast, suddenly, howled in pain too when a piercing pain spread all over his body. He felt as if someone had pierced so many daggers into his chest at once.
“AAAHHHHHHHHH.” He
creamed at the top of his lungs in pain and despair when he didn’t feel her heartbeat anymore. His eyes widened in pain and shock when he realized that her heart stopped beating.
“No0000000000000000000.” He screamed once again while holding her tightly. His cries could be heard by the whole hospital. It startled everyone, especially Adrian and Nevil. They were alphas and yet they couldn’t endure the pain filled in Noah’s voice.
Nevil was about to ask something to Adrian while clutching his chest hard while others were writhing in pain on the floor, when the whole building started shaking as if they were facing the earthquake. “Watch out.” Adrian yelled in panic and threw himself on Clarke who was about to roll down the stairs because of the shaking.

Inside the room, Noah’s deafening screaming was still echoing the whole place: the fire circle around them was completely red, but it wasn’t burning their bodies. Noah’s eyes were closed, but he felt something hot running through his veins.
All he wanted right now was to die with Aurora. He had nothing going on inside his mind, but pain and unbearable pain. Aurora was completely limp into his embrace. “Come back… come back to me.” He yelled in pain while rocking their bodies to and fro.
“Adrian do something- Th.. this is hospital. Th.. the patient… they won’t survive.” Nevil urged Adrian in a very painful voice while trying not to scream in pain. They couldn’t breath because of the suffocating pressure over their bodies.”
Adrian was also gasping for air while holding Clarke who had fainted at some point. Hunter and Frank were no better than Clarke, but they were still conscious. They were still holding hands as if they were trying to comfort each other, but Noah’s pain coming from them through their bond with Aurora making them unable to even open their mouths.
Suddenly. Noah stopped crying and also stopped breathing. He opened his eyes immediately and blinked with a thuding heart inside his chest in anticipation. He wanted his heart to stop beating too so that he could hear the faint groaning that be thought he heard at some point.
He didn’t want that was his illusion, but he couldn’t dare to look down at the girl in his embrace to confirm that the faint voice that he heard came from her. His heart was now beating furiously against his eardrums now.
The fire ball around them immediately vanished and everything went to normal within a second. He heard another soft groan and then, he felt a sop and small hand on either side of his waist. He slowly looked down this time with a furiously beating heart.
He knew that it wasn’t an illusion yet he wanted to confirm it. He didn’t know what he was going to do if it was really an illusion.
Aurora lashes trembled lightly, and tears streamed from his eyes. He heard a soft groan coming from her once again, and it was enough for him to yell in panic. “Troy… Come back. Come back.. she she is in pain.” He yelled through the pack mind-link.
The thing that shocked Nevil was that he also heard that mind-link. His eyes widened in shock, but he couldn’t ask Adrian anything as both Troy and Adrian stumbled on their feet while running towards Aurora’s room.
Aaron was still lying on the floor while holding Clarke. He still didn’t have any strength left in his body. Frank and Hunter just looked at them helplessly while panting heavily.
Aurora Aurora… Open your eyes. Open your eyes once, my love… let me see your beautiful eyes.” Noah pleaded to Aurora while holding her small face inside his palm. “You are too noisy, Noah.” She complained in a very weak voice, but Noah laughed aloud while crying in relief. She had come back to him.
He kissed her whole face, and she groaned again. “Thank you.. thank you for coming back to me… Thank you so much.” He

repeated again and again while kissing her. The door burst opened, and Adrian with Troy and Nevil entered the room.

“Let me see her.” Troy insisted while panting heavily. He wasn’t a high ranker, still he succeeded in coming here with Nevil and Adrian. “Yeah…yeah.” Noah replied to him, and slowly made Aurora lay down on the bed again.
She hissed, making Noah tremble lightly, but he stepped away so that Nevil and Troy could give her a thorough check up. Adrian looked at his son worriedly. His mind was still processing that Noah was the one who possessed those powers.
They were speculating about him being a silver wolf but what he lid today was enough to make him understand that Noah. was carrying the lineage of the silver wolves and soon he would face all the dangers that Adrian could even think.

completely stained with tears.

“For two days… But the good thing is that you are okay now.” Troy answered her in a happy voice though. Nevil also smiled when Aurora looked at him, but his smile didn’t reach his eyes that way it always reached.
He was now worried for her. He didn’t know the whole situation but he knew that Aurora did something to hide something related to Noah, and ended up being dead for good few minutes, Both Noah and Aurora were still underage, and he didn’t know what would be going to happen after their 18th birthday.
Two nurses approached the room when Troy mind-linked them but they were having difficulties walking properly. Their legs wobbled and they were still struggling to breathe. Both Troy and Nevil sighed and Nevil took the medical cart from
them.
“Go and rest for a while. We will take care of things here.” He instructed them in a gentle tone. The nurses looked at him with gratitude before going out of the room while supporting each other. Noah also came out of the bathroom at the same time.
Adrian looked at him worriedly because he looked so haggard. “You should go back to your room and rest.” Adrian whispered to him while Troy and Nevil continued busy attending Aurora.
*I am fine, dad….. I just need to lie down for a few minutes. I am not going out of this room.” Noah refused once again while looking at Aurora. “Then go and lie down on the couch.” Adrian instructed him in a stern tone this time.
Noah sighed and slowly walked towards the couch. “Why it is still hurting so much, Troy? I. I don’t think th… that I have any injury anywhere on my body.” Aurora asked Troy in a painful and weak voice when she tried to move her body a little, but felt as if all her bones were broken.
“Who asked you to take all the bullets on yourself, huh?” Troy scolded her immediately angrily, but she could feel his worry for him. “I… I was just a bit slow….I.. I could have avoided those bullets…. B… but I didn’t have that much strength. Either took those bullets o…. or them having one injured is better than having ten, right?” she defended herself in the same tone, but earned a few growls coming from all the alphas in the room.
She immediately shut her mouth and looked at Nevil innocently Nevil didn’t know why he didn’t like what he heard. Aurora was trying to smile, but the pain in her body couldn’t let her even lift her lips. Noah also heard what she said and felt that someone had thrown a heavy rock at his chest.
In three days, he would know whether she was his mate or not, but he didn’t care about that now. He knew that he couldn’t live without her. Her existence was as important to him as the air around him. He slowly closed his eyes and let the exhaustion took over his consciousness.
Adrian watched his son slipping into slumber with a helpless gaze. He gulped hard the invisible lump that had formed in his throat and took a deep breath. Aaron informed him that he took other pups to their room including Hunter, and now they all were sleeping peacefully.

After examining Aurora one more time, and administering the drip to her, Nevil and Troy looked at Adrian with a serious gaze. “I know what you guys want to ask, but not now. For now I am not in the condition to say anything.” Adrian said to them in a serious tone while walking towards the door.
“You two need to check on all the staff and the patients in the hospital. See if everyone is alright or not.” He instructed both Troy and Nevil without giving them any chance to ask anything to him as he didn’t know how to explain things to them.
All of a sudden, Noah, Aurora, Hunter became special wolves, and Frank, Clarke, Morgan, and Evan had special bonds with them. Nevil knew what was going on in Adrian’s mind because he was also thinking about the same thing. It was hard for them to keep Aurora safe before and now they had so many pups to protect.
“Did something happen when I wasn’t there, Nevil Troy asked Nevil in a curious tone when Adrian walked out of the room after giving them the instructions. Nevil didn’t answer him, but kept staring at the closed door with blank eyes. How could he tell Troy what happened when Hunter approached Aurora?
