Chapter 81
Elena looked at everyone arguing and cleared her throat. “I have someone in mind.”

Hearing this, everyone turned their gaze to her. “Who is Elena suggesting?”
“Elysia,” Elena said in a cool voice. Upon hearing the name, no one responded right away.
Everyone looked at each other until someone finally said, “Even though the rumors about Elysia have calmed down lately, her past reputation wasn’t good, so she might not be suitable.”
Once someone voiced opposition, others quickly agreed, “I also don’t think she’s suitable. She’s from Class 6. What kind of message does that send?”
Ben looked at the current situation and stated his opinion, “I have a different perspective. Although there were many rumors about Elysia before, that’s all in the past.”
“Besides, she topped the last monthly exam in both arts and sciences, which is unprecedented at our school. Plus, she has a great appearance. If she leads the parade, she’ll make a big impact on campus!”
As soon as Ben said this, someone immediately objected, “Yeah, that’s true, but we can’t pretend her past never happened. I still believe the person we choose should be perfect in every way.”
Ben was about to say something when Elena’s calm voice interrupted, “Then who do

Bianca as the person to lead the parade in
When the news reached Class 1, the students were filled with envy. Bianca couldn’t stop smiling; leading the parade team in the Winter Sports Event was a big honor, and everyone in the school would be watching.
This was a great opportunity to stand out. She remembered last year, Emma had this role, and now it was her turn. She quickly understood how things had shifted.
Due to the recent negative rumors about Emma, she was probably no longer fit for this role. At that moment, Bianca’s desk was surrounded by classmates giving her envious looks.
“Bianca, that’s the leading position in the parade; you’re incredible!”
“The student union finally showed some sense this time. If you ask me, this spot should’ve been given to Bianca last year.”
“Exactly, look at last time when they chose Emma; not only is she not as good academically as Bianca, but her character is questionable too!”
“Speaking of that, I heard a little rumor. Before the student union settled on Bianca, they considered someone else, but that person was eventually turned down!”
Everyone perked up at the words, eager to know who that person was. Bianca was also curious. She thought, ‘Except Emma, Could there be someone more suitable than me for this position at the school?‘
“Who is it? Tell us,” an impatient student in the crowd couldn’t help but ask.
Without keeping them in suspense, the person revealed, “Elysia.” Hearing the name shocked everyone; they hadn’t heard the name in a long time.
Bianca’s heart skipped a beat; she hadn’t expected it to be Elysia. Luckily, Elysia was turned down in the end. Bianca knew she was the better fit for
the role.
The others were also secretly relieved. As they felt relieved, they couldn’t help but feel a bit proud. After all, it was their class that the student union picked in the end, not Class 6. It meant their class was where the real talent was.
Of course, if Elysia were still in their class, it wouldn’t have mattered who they chose between her and Bianca.
Because no matter who they picked, it would still be someone from their class. But the reality was, that Elysia was a student from Class 6 so the stakes were much higher.
To be honest, Bianca wasn’t quite as good as Elysia in looks or academics. But Bianca represented their class, so they all supported Bianca.

Chapter 81
“Looks like Bianca is truly the best!”
“Exactly, so Elysia isn’t better than Bianca.”
Listening to the flattery around her, Bianca turned her head to look at Justin, who was sitting diagonally across from her. Bianca thought, ‘Now he should know that I’m much better than Elysia, right?‘
She stood up and walked over to Justin’s desk. “Justin, I didn’t expect to join the parade team this time. I’m really happy.”
Justin heard this and didn’t even raise an eyebrow. “Congratulations.”
Those simple words were enough for Bianca to feel content. Getting his congrats was better than anything else. “Don’t worry, I’ll perform well and won’t embarrass our class.”
“That’s your concern, as long as you’re true to yourself,” Justin replied.
Though Justin’s words seemed ordinary to Bianca, they had a deeper meaning. In her eyes, Justin was expressing concern for her. Maybe in that moment, their relationship had taken a step closer.
The days were getting closer to Vincent’s arrival in Sivro, and Elysia was in the art studio with Ava, painting.
Since Vincent decided to come to the school himself to choose his final apprentice, a lot of students were eager to sign up. The school specifically opened a submission channel, allowing students to send in their artwork within the set timeframe for Vincent to review.
Ava was painting a landscape scene, while Elysia, feeling a bit bored watching, picked up a canvas herself and started sketching. Every color she chose seemed unplanned, yet they worked together so well.
It was hard to tell how long it took before Elysia finally put down her brush. She had created an impressive landscape painting, with grand mountains, lush trees, moss–covered cliffs, and dripping bamboo groves. Every brushstroke was perfectly placed, creating a stunning scene.
Among the mountains, Elysia had drawn a few letters with her brush, seamlessly blending them into the landscape as if they were part of the mountains themselves. But if you looked closely, you would see a name. It was Elysia’s habit, leaving her unique touch.
Curious, Ava came over when she saw Elysia put down her brush. When she saw the painting, her eyes widened in surprise.
The skill in the painting was high. Elysia painted very well. Ava felt embarrassed for having underestimated Elysia before. “Elysia, with your skills, if you send in your work, you’d be Vincent’s top student!”
“I’m not interested,” Elysia said, as she put away her painting and slipped it into a tube.
